‘Tis the season to be merry!
Mark and I have been getting into the festive spirit by designing a collection of Christmas designs for stationery and paper products for our agent Jane Mosse who represents our freelance surface pattern collections. You think designing for Christmas would make me more organised for Christmas – but I haven’t bought a single present yet!

I had the opportunity recently to return to designing prints for babies and kidswear. This is what I started off doing in my first design job in New York, many years ago! I forgot how much I loved doing kids stuff and putting designs into technical repeat.
Reetsweet @Leeds Uni part 2
Thanks again to Becky from Reetsweet for a mention on her blog. Our new peg bags went down well at the Reetsweet fair in Riley Smith Hall @ Leeds University union; and we sold a few of our new giclee prints that will be available to buy from the website soon. That us for markets and craft fairs until next year. We are busy sketching and creating new designs for Yuyu along with freelance projects at the moment.
Reetsweet Fair @Leeds Uni Tues 8th Nov
The countdown is on until the lovely Reetsweet Fair that is taking place on Tuesday from 11am til 4pm at Riley Hall which is inside Leeds University Union. It should be a good day with lots of students buzzing around, hopefully purchasing some of the delightful goods on sale! We will have a selection of your stuff on show – greetings cards, wrapping paper, limited edition prints and handprinted tea towels and cushions. So if your around I’m sure it will be well worth a visit to pick up some original products from the talented of designers’ work. Take a look on the Reetsweet Blog to have a sneeky peek at some of the designers that will be there.
